Zafaran: an Egyptian restaurant site with online ordering and table booking
An Egyptian restaurant with three branches that wanted less reliance on delivery apps, direct orders from regulars, and table bookings without phone calls.
The customer journey
- The guest opens the menu, picks dishes and add-ons and adds them to the cart.
- They enter the address and area; delivery fees and coupons apply automatically.
- They get an order code and follow it: confirmed, preparing, out for delivery.
- Or they book a table by party size, seating area and free time.
